The plumber they sent arrived on time, was very professional, very skilled, gave me all the time I wanted to drill him with questions (both because I wanted to know what was going on, and feel confident he actually knew what he was talking about - he passed both tests easily), and he addressed all my concerns like a seasoned pro who had seen it all before. He did the work efficiently and left.
ALSO, the 800-Plumber dispatcher explained since we knew we had damaged wood, he had a recommendation for a restoration company, and asked if we could have them contact us. Zero obligation for a free consult on repairs, so I said yes.
The restoration project manager came at the same time as our plumber, so I got to grill them both, and make sure they were saying the same things, and they coordinated like pros to make sure neither missed anything, and that any insurance paperwork would be consistent. (Turns out they had never met before, even though both companies had worked together before, so their dynamic was pure pro, and didn't have the "yeah, haha, we can fudge this" vibe you sometimes get with companies that work closely together, if you know what I mean, and this was a good thing.)
(The Sears Home Warranty company is paying for the plumbing, but restoration will be either my home owner insurance, or cash out of pocket. This is important for the "price I paid" field, because I have zero idea how much they billed my home warranty company for - I'm basing my number on what I've paid cash for similar services for in the past, so I may be completely wrong.)
My home warranty company sent 800-Plumber to fix my leak, but I would absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
These folks make a great team. The communication was quick and clear. They spoke transparently about potentials and options. Additionally they were full of information without being pushy on services they offer.
The tech that came out went out of his way to look for alternative options to clear our toilet drain packed full of roots, and it paid off as we avoided additional time and expenses. I will be calling them again in the future. Thanks, gentlemen!
Freddy came to our house and fixed our kitchen sink. He took the time to show me where the leak was and explained what needed to done to fix. Very open and transparent. He didnt try to hustle us. Finding a good trustworthy plumber just isn't easy these days but we found one today. We will definitely be calling him back for all of our plumbing issues. Thank you Freddy!
Luis did a good job, and the company worked with my home warranty company, Hone Service Club, to get the issue resolved properly.
On Christmas Day, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. At first diagnosis it appeared to be the angle stop valve. This was approved to be replaced, however it was still leaking. The only solution was to replace the kitchen faucet. We had to go back to HSC for a revised approval. It took a couple days to get all parties aligned. However, as soon as they received the approval, they came out immediately and completed the job efficiently. Good customer service by email, text and phone especially over the holidays.
They did a fantastic job. Previously, there was someone else who was hired who said there was no leak. They came out and found a leak in about 10 minutes. Really thankful we called them.
Ali came on time, explained what needed to be done and gave me options regarding the replacement of my garbage disposal. He reconfigured the plumbing under my sink as it was originally installed very wonky, causing minor leaks throughout the years. He did a great job and although it’s only been 2 days, everything works perfectly! I received a communication the next day asking if I was satisfied with the work. Would definitely use this company again!
