We were recommended Adriatic via a friend who had used them on a residential project. My wife and I were starting a preschool and needed a PL01 plumber, which is a "Commercial" building classification. He assisted in arranging the plans for submitting to King County, and started work as quickly as possible. I've seen other reviews who mention Adriatic is difficult to pin down on schedule, quality and mess. I have personal experience in the contracting world and sometimes it gets messy. Although we had mess, he cleaned it up when the work was completed (as expected). Regarding quality, all the systems were placed under test and passed. These tests are required by code and he couldn't have executed them any better. Regarding schedule, he fit me in where it was possible. Right now in the puget sound, all trades are backlogged weeks (if not months). Adriatic have multiple jobs and did their best to advance our project when time permitted. We had a very tight schedule and he showed up when it was critical, which is all I could ask. The Owner is genuine, hard working and tries his best to make everyone happy. I will recommend Adriatic to whomever needs a plumber with the caveat that he is NOT immediate when executing his project. IF you want something done immediately, call Beacon and get charged 5 times more for the same work. If you have that type of money, have at it. But Adriatic is an excellent outfit who do honest work.
