Pricing was great, work quality was excellent for installing the water heater and expansion tank. I will highly recommend them. They are prompt, make sure all Communication was documented as couple of things from estimation was missed and had to get them to come in again to fix it. We were out of hot water for couple of days since it was weekend. They were kind to give a discount. The technicians (especially Isaiah) went all out to make sure second day they came in to check all the outlets had hot water and even adjusted the settings after swapping the mixing value to a new one. For payment miscommunication from the office, I got charged because the cheque was not accepted when I had initially had offered to pay through zelle. But the lady insisted on cheque.. finally settled it with a additional payment of $35 through zelle (there are no limits for zelle transfer which I was told initially). The front office seemed a mess and you have make sure everyone is on the same page. double check the contract and validate everything in is accurate.

Dylan showed up exactly when they said he would. He was very professional and courteous. He gave us several options for repairs with hard quotes for each. Would definitely recommend Ally plumbing

Not Recommended. THEY WASTED MY 3 DAYS! After first triage visit by their technician I scheduled appointments 3 times!! First time towards the end of the appointment window they called me saying technician got busy. Second time they said equipment is not working. Third time I got a text saying a technician was on the way and 90 minutes passed but he was nowhere to be found. I called their contact number - They did not offer any explanation or showed no interest in acknowledging the situation. I decided to cancel my 3rd appointment. I am thoroughly disappointed in Ally Plumbing & Restoration. I rearranged my calendar 3 times to accommodate the appointments. I am giving them 2 stars - one for how easy appointment scheduling was and 1 start for technicians who came for triage.

Zach came out to my house to provide an estimate, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was absolutely great from start to finish. Not only was he professional and thorough, but he also took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and walked me step by step through the process of how it would be fixed. He was very respectful and even wonderful with my child who was present during the visit, which I truly appreciated. The estimate felt very fair, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Zach carried himself like a true professional and a gentleman. I’m honestly excited to work with him on my upcoming home projects. Giving a perfect score is rare for me because I’m very picky, but this was a solid 10 out of 10 experience. I’m extremely happy I found Ally Plumbing and Sewer.

Zack is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. His skill and knowledge are top-notch, and he takes the time to clearly explain everything so you actually understand what’s going on. He’s honest, professional, punctual, and truly cares about doing the job right—not just getting it done fast. Zack is the only plumber I will ever deal with. Even if the company has bad ownership, I will still go with them and only work with Zack and no one else because he makes sure every issue is fully fixed the right way. He consistently goes above and beyond, especially when he’s correcting mistakes made by others. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you want someone reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled, Zack is the one I recommend without hesitation. If you can’t get Zack and need someone right away I recommend requesting his coworkers Alex or Isaiah because they are also great.

Brad was incredibly helpful. He came over to look at disconnecting our gas stove and was extremely professional, price conscious, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Donny was amazing, very knowledgeable, and experienced. I really appreciated that he took the time out to explain everything and provided great advice on his review on the angle stops, water heater and a solution for my dish washer that has been a project that is long over due. Donny provided relief in stressful situation. I appreciate the time and care he provided. He even helped deliver a package that was incorrectly dropped off on my front door and he had a sore back!!!! How awesome of him! I highly recommend Donny & Ally Team!!!
