I wish there was a 10 star rating so I could give that rating to ANK. I got connected with them from referral from some of my colleagues at work. I was looking to renovate multiple bathrooms at my home. I got multiple quotes and Andrey’s quote was very detailed and much lower than most of the other quotes. I was a bit skeptical so I asked my colleagues more on the work ANK did and they all had great things to say. I pushed hard to see what did not go well and they had nothing but good things to say.
With that I decided to go with them and my experience was nothing but amazing. Andrey runs his crew very efficiently and Andy (project manager) is the nicest and friendliest person you can meet. My wife is also particular about who does work at our home as we have had some shady interactions with some contractors in the past and she was also very satisfied. The crew was clean, respectful and very professional. The quality of work is top notch.
The work was completed in a timely manner. Super reliable and professional. In particular huge shout out to tile crew. The tile work is so meticulous and done beautifully.

When I reached out to Andrey of Ank Construction, we got a response from him immediately. My experience with other construction companies has not been pleasant. Other construction companies whom we called either had a timeline that was three to six months in the future, were extremely expensive, or just never got back to us with an estimate. We were pleasangly surprised when Andrey told us the project could be started and completed in the next few months vs. six months into the future like other companies.
The price quoted by Andrey was good; there was some slight extra charges along the way, but it was mainly because we added some extra features. Andrey was very upfront about the charges so we weren’t surprised by it. All in all, the price really did not go up significantly, which we were happy about.
The quality of work of Ank construction was stellar and his whole team was very hardworking and honest and diligent. My husband even said he missed seeing the team on a daily basis after our bath was done since they were such wonderful guys. Their work is pristine and they were very detail oriented; we were extremely pleased with their work.
I was initially wondering why Ank was able to take us on as clients so soon. Andrey does have a lot of different projects going on at the same time and is very busy. I am still in awe of how Andrey is able to orchestrate his team and how he coordinates all the different projects and is able to complete them.
Another thing we really liked about Ank is that we already had a design that we created ourselves. Andrey was very flexible and insightful in helping our vision come to life. A lot of construction companies are very rigid and have required designers and their high prices definitely reflect that, even though you may not need a designer. Andrey and his team gave us creative solutions to some of our questions and problems, and made everything look even better than in our picture.
We are so happy to have our dream bathroom now, thanks to Ank Construction. We are for sure planning to do another project with Ank again in the very near future!

They completely transformed our entire first floor with the kitchen renovations that made our kitchen modern and helped our kitchen flow and connect with our living room and dining room. I hired ANK for my Townhouse kitchen remodel. The job included tearing out and replacing both old laminated wood flooring and tile flooring with LVT, knocking out an existing L-shaped load bearing wall and installing an island in its place, adding a tile backsplash, and adding some additional cabinetry. We did run into some supply issues, not Andrey's fault. He did a good job working around and solving those issues. The cabinets ended up being the incorrect size (too tall at first) and the guys putting them in had to get very creative with the install, as the replacement cabinets were too short. I'm ok with the end result, but they aren't what I had envisioned. I would say that the crew Andrey has is great, very hard working, knowledgeable, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves every day, which I really appreciated. My biggest issue is with the communication. Not knowing if/when people were showing up, having materials dropped off without warning, waiting for hours only to find out schedules had been changed or canceled. That was frustrating and difficult. Also, I would suggest making sure to purchase your own materials when at all possible. There was little benefit to having Andrey get them, and the prices ended up being much more than I wanted to spend. The actual cost was right on for what was estimated, but nearly $7000 more due to material cost. Overall, ANK did a nice job on my remodel.
We bought a large 4,000+ sq ft house that needed a full remodel, mostly cosmetic, but still a huge job, new kitchen, four new bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, new roof, some new electrical an a plumbing. Andrey was quick to respond and started our project early. They are all friendly and easy to work with and did an amazing job with the house, my only concern was that clean up was a little bit messy, there were stickers left on outside 2nd story windows so I had to go on the roof to pick those off, some paint scuffs here and there on the floor and drips of stuff on windows. However that wasn't a big deal we can clean that up, the pricing was very fair and the work looks great, and they kept the job rolling, even adding some stuff as we needed it for our home owners insurance. Highly recommend, would absolutely hire again.
ANK just finished our master bath remodel and they did an amazing job. Andrey was great to work with and was fair and upfront with all costs. Everyone was friendly and they all did great work. The tile guys are incredible- their work is perfection!
