Luke did a great job of fixing broken irrigation lines near our shut-off valve. Luke is also very considerate and a great communicator. I recommend Backflows Northwest and Luke to anyone in the Issaquah Highlands and beyond for irrigation needs.

They keep sending me invoices for a service I did not requested, they don't respond emails and by phone they said they will look into it but they just don't care ... and I keep getting this past due invoices I won't be working with them again. Update: they finally contacted me and apparently they will remove the extra charge. We will see... 😅

Contacted them to do a back flow test. Cleared and cleaned the box prior to make it easier. Scheduled a date that I was home so I could ask questions, they came on a day I wasn’t home and failed my system because they “could not complete the test” and then said valve 2 needed to be replaced for a cost of 250$. When I called and asked for the full report it had said there was to much dirt in the box so they could not complete it. when asked how would you know if it needed to be replaced if you could not complete the test due to dirt in the box which there wasn’t, they kept saying a supervisor technician would call me, which never happened. The whole thing felt wrong would not recommend. Attached is a photo of how much dirt was in there with a brick for comparison.

Backflow northwest has a chaotic scheduling and billing system. I moved to a new home and scheduled a backflow test. When I scheduled the backflow test, they told me to prepay for it and I did. Although I called to confirm the new address the day before the test, the technician went to my old house and surprised the tenant. Even more, 3 months after the test, they emailed me to ask if I have paid for the test or not. I don't know if they have sent my report to the city or not because I didn't get a copy. Definitely won't use their service again!

Worst company ever. You need to pay upfront and then they do not show up as scheduled. No phone call, nothing. Not even and apology when you call to ask why they have you sit there 4 hours and then do not show up. Sad - do not hire!
