We chose Belred for our heat pump installation after consulting 2 other companies. They offered us very competitive pricing and 60 months 0-interest financing that was hard to say no to them. Their service also shows high quality and professionalism. From comfort consultant, installation specialists, electricians, to the office workers handling scheduling and invoices, every one has done their jobs efficiently and nicely. When choosing the spot where the heat pump was installed, they made sure it met our needs and the city's code. They are very punctual to follow the schedule and finished the job on time as they promised. All the employees are friendly and respectful. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Sean is the man who you wanna talk about whatever issue youre having at your home. We had the issue with the furnace and he came over on time and inspected it thoroughly and explained what issues the current funace has and how those can affect the house and safety etc. He gave me options at the end including repair, a few different replacement options. Replaced old AC and furnace with variable heat pump and 2-stage furnace. Also put dual head mini split in addition with no forced air and upstairs living space with minimal ducted air. House feels amazing now and perfectly balanced. Very professional, techs were friendly and easy to approach and make suggestions to. Laura was great in sales and not pushy, was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process, and provided useful applicable deals that pushed them over the edge over other bids. So far very happy!

Oscar is a great professional and also very friendly and easy to talk to. He’s worked with us twice now and I would be happy if he handled the majority of our electrical needs going forward! This most recent visit was a minor warranty call so we didn’t owe anything.

Sean did an amazing job today servicing my furnace and educating me while also being conscious of my time. I appreciate the friendly service and him fixing my thermostat issue that has been a problem for over a year that two previous furnace companies could not seem to resolve. He clearly knows what he’s doing! He also gave me options for the membership as well as preliminary pricing so I can budget for a new furnace/AC when the time comes. Bel Red tech, Tyler, was top level thorough conducting our annual maintenance. Partly because Bel Red techs were excellent in past maintenance, no problems were found. I did follow Tyler's suggestion and he installed a surge protector on our outside heat pump. With electricity surges more prevalent, protection is now a necessity. Thanks, Tyler Bel Red Tech, Jeff, came today 12/11/25, to service the heat portion of our HVAC. He explained simply that Bel-Red prefers in their contract to separate the Cooling inspection from the Heater inspection because the maintenance should be done with respect to the outdoor temperature; check heater when it's cold outside. Jeff was very customer service focused in both his explanations to me and his proficiency in cleaning and taking readings to evaluate our heater. Additionally, he inspected the vents inside our home after completing heater maintenance. Thanks, Jeff.
