I was recommended Craftsman by a friend after experiencing issues with my sewage ejection pump and the experience exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. Cameron was super knowledgeable and generously shared his time and tutelage. After having received a very expensive bid from another company, Craftsman came in with a wayyyy more reasonable quote. Cameron broke everything down in terms even a lay person like myself could understand and I came away with a much greater understanding of the issue and of my entire system. He replaced the fittings with a much higher quality option which will be much more resilient and longer lasting. I would highly recommend Craftsman (and Cameron if you’re lucky) for anything plumbing related! Below are some before and after pictures
Craftsman redid my water main entrance and added a mechanical valve. Cameron was super friendly, on time, diligent and did a brilliant job with the retrofit.
Edit 2/20/26: We had a water pipe burst in our kitchen, Craftsman Plumbing sent out Zach to take a look at the offending plumbing and give us a quote on repairs/replacements right away. Again Zach was friendly, professional, and respectful. The damaged plumbing was fixed w/in 24hrs of our first meeting. I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone in the future, and intend to use them for any future plumbing needs.
Jan 2026: Monty was friendly, professional, and respectful. We first reached out to Craftsman plumbing for a new water heater, they soon after sent Monty out to assess our current situation, provide estimates, and discuss what the project would entail. They were then able to get us scheduled with in a month (during the holiday season). While Monty was in our house he was always respectful. He completed the job quickly and other than a new furnace and his card left no trace of his visit. If we require any future plumbing or water work we will be requesting Monty for the work.
Monty replaced my main water valve and hot water heater, along with repairing leaks. He's professional, patient, and clearly explained his actions. He dealt with challenging, unexpected pipe configurations at my home and difficult clearance in my closet for the hot water heater. Thanks to him for positive experiences with these projects! I'm so relieved to have a main water valve that easily works now.
Folks, do yourself a favor and go with Craftsman for your plumbing needs. Cameron arrived on time, was extremely courteous and fixed a whole host of plumbing issues quickly and without (like their ads say) mansplaining! Communication with the team was also very easy and they were able to accommodate me quickly. Highly recommend. Deserving of 6 stars tbh.
Cameron was outstanding—his explanations were clear and thorough, and his attention to detail was second to none. Another great experience with this company. You can tell they operate with a high level of integrity. Craftsman will always be my first call.
Craftsman Plumbing was outstanding to work with, and our specific plumber, Cameron Lockwood, could not have been more helpful. His work was excellent, he took his time, and he clearly explained everything. 10/10 will use again!
Needed to address a leaking bathroom faucet. It was recommended that the faucet be replaced. Overall plumbing check was also conducted to identify any other issues. I appreciated the time Zach took and how respectful he was towards my elderly mother. He was very knowledgeable and I loved his professionalism.
