Emergency septic assistance, if you've been in this situation before, then you know! Harmon was our first point of contact, was very upbeat, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. He was able to get us help right away. Devin gave us a call with an ETA, definitely calming our nerves, and showed up with Justin when promised. These guys were awesome. They answered all questions, taking the time to explain everything, were patient, and of course solved our issue. I can't say enough about our overall experience, except to say they have just earned a lifetime customer.

Called in late evening for slight emergency and Harman was able to come out within a couple hours to pump my septic out. Recommended me a new heavy duty septic cover since mine was cracked and told me where to buy for good price. Price was great as well as I called a few companies at that time. Very professional and even gave a few tips to care for my septic tank. Highly recommend.
I originally called Drain Pro because I had been scammed by another septic tank repair company. Not only were they nice, professional, understanding, and courteous, but they also came out the very next day to assess the problem. We had a slowing of the process due to county permit regulations, and Harmon helped through the entire process. I don’t know what we would’ve done without them.
