Adam Mirson did an outstanding job on the plumbing rough-in for a new full bathroom addition in the basement at my home. From the start, he was thoughtful and thorough—he recommended the right equipment for the project (including a toilet with a macerating pump) and clearly explained the design choices and installation details. He answered every question patiently, was always available when I needed clarification, and accommodated all of my requests along the way.
Adam also went above and beyond by helping me find a great general contractor for the non-plumbing work. Adam was great to work with. We had a LG heat pump that needed to replace an older tankless system- they were able to handle the installation with relative ease, and also incorporated any requests I had. I called Adam (owner) for a water heater flush and to get an estimate on repair vs. replacement to tankless. Before he even scheduled a visit, he walked me through my situation over text and a call to help both of us decide if the trip was worth it. Didn't charge anything for this, which I appreciated.
