It was a pleasure to have Justin and Henry replace our hot water tank and snake out our kitchen sink drain. They were very pleasant and easy to talk to and made sure all questions and concerns were answered. Very rapid response, I called for an estimate and they were here the next day. I approved the work and they were able to start the work the following day. They arrived early and got right to work. They protected all exposed surfaces before starting. When complete they made certain that we understood how to operate the controls on the tank and explained all they did. All at a reasonable cost. We definitely will call Green Planet Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.
We were over the moon with how quickly they were able to get out and get us an estimate (some of that's luck, I'm sure, but it's still nice), and likewise for installing the replacement water tank.
Their arrival windows were tight, too. None of that four to eight hour window nonsense that most home service industries seem to do. The perks of working with a smaller company!
Both the office folk and our plumber were friendly and helpful, but not sales-ey about potentially needed additional work (which is much appreciated!) Just happy to provide risk management information, as well as scratch paper estimates as needed. To me, that's a sweet spot in terms of core competencies; I want my plumber to be way more skilled at plumbing than focused on sales.
Eero (the guy who did our work) assured us the other plumbers with the company were also great, but we'll be asking for him if we can get him, going forward.
I am SO relieved to have found Green Planet, a plumber I can trust. For years, I had a colleague in my business networking group who did amazing work without bait and switch and ridiculous markup, but he retired. Green Planet came recommended by my next door neighbor. They first did routine maintenance on my rental unit, but this week I called them with a bit of urgency. My water shut off valve snapped off, thankfully when I was not in an emergency, like a burst water pipe. I decided to have them also fix a toilet that on occasion would run for hours and an exterior spigot that was shooting water the wrong direction. Technician arrived within 45 minutes, took a look at everything, and provided a written estimate. He discussed what could go wrong once we removed drywall and fixtures, but made every effort to work diligently to avoid these scenarios. One of the main issues would be the presence of old, corroded, pipes versus modern pex. He had the spigot and toilet fixed quickly and then focused on the main project. Steady lines on the drywall removal help make it easy for me to replace that. Once done, even with a quick parts run to the warehouse, he was wrapped in about 90 minutes with everything looking great. We discussed my aging hot water heater, and options to install an upgraded toilet, so I can make plans to budget those projects down the road. Such a relief to have a company I can trust after some bad experiences with the big brands you see on TV (I see how those types of companies can afford big splashy campaigns).
I have used green planet a few times. One time was an emergency clog, They were prompt and reasonably priced. Their most recent visit was planned work that was needed on my older home. They were honest and fair, did quality work, answered all my questions, explained my options and gave me sound advice. Green planet is who I call whenever I have a plumbing need. They have always done right by me
My family and I found our "plumbers-for-life" with Green Planet Plumbing. Tyler and Jose located and repaired a nightmare water line leak that was cascading down the sidewalk. It took less than two hours and for a reasonable price.
They were on time, very professional, and discussed our options, as well as the pricing for each option. What a pleasure!

Today is July 7, 2025, and guess what? I needed help once again from my favorite plumbers. I called, and two hours later, Justin and another technician arrived. One hour later, they fixed two toilets and a sink.
As always, from my initial call with Bill to working with Justin and an excellent tech, Green Planet was professional, helpful, and made it easy for my wife and me.

Arrived on time within the pre-arranged time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Easily discussed my drainage issues and resolved it quickly while also being cautious of our bathroom cabinets and cleaned up afterwards. Great service; will definitely recommend to others.

They had to remove patio stones and dig down and upon leaving they replaced patio stones around the new clean outs and they did a beautiful job.
