Hermanson Company

I see their trucks often on the freeway. They are always polite and let people merge. If I have any complaint at all, it's that they drive exactly the speed limit and not a single MPH over. I guess it just means they take their company safety culture super seriously. You'll have that on those big jobs.

I was in the grocery store today and was looking for something I couldn’t find. A Hermanson employee (based on the jacket he was wearing) noticed that I was looking for something and couldn’t find it. He proceeded to accompany me to the aisle in which my product was located and even picked it from the top shelf for me. It was a surreal experience, and I expressed my gratitude towards him and his willingness to take the initiative to help me when no one was looking. Bravo to this gentleman, and bravo to Hermanson for employing such a generous, kind, and observant person.

Jarod is amazing always communicates well and is on time with his appointments. He can usually get the job done under the budgeted time and he always finds a way to keep things running with ease.

Whoever was driving the 4083 or 4803 truck or van, was texting while driving on 512 (with his phone on the wheel). You’re on company time. Should’ve just recorded it and slammed it here. Stop risking the safety of everyone around you, including yourself, just to send a message out. Not worth getting a lawsuit, risking your license or worse, someone else’s life.

Their van almost rear-ended me twice at 3:15 PM on Marvin Road in Olympia on 12/23. Speeding at more than 10 miles over the speed limit and weaving through traffic like a crazy person.

I was originally just going to contact this company through their website, but I couldn't get a license plate number so I figured there's no point. Then I saw other reviews for their bad drivers so let me add mine. One of their employees was absolutely aggressive driving through Puyallup, wouldn't let me over despite a lane closed by police, it's not like I was trying to cut him off. After that lane was open again, he was speeding and tailgating another car. I see him again on the freeway, he cut me off, no signals, and using the HOV lane despite being the only one in the truck. Get this company out of Washington if you can't be kind, clearly this isn't an isolated incident.

I watched an employee from this company in the work van lay on his horn while tailgating someone that was doing the speed limit. He then aggressively passed them on the shoulder. Van number 0019. Based on that. I would never recommend this company.
