Holiday-Parks gave a window of 11am to 1pm for a technician to arrive. 1pm came and went. No communication from Holaday-Parks or the technician. Service number goes straight to voicemail. Called the main number and managed to talk to someone who said that the technician could be there by 1:30pm. I am a professional property manager and to waste 2 hours of my day and also provide zero communication is very unprofessional. Let’s see if the technician arrives.
Update: Technician Sam arrived and solved the problem just under 2 hours. Sam was great. He was very thorough, logically diagnosed and resolved the issue. 5 Star review for Sam. Still 1 Star for Service Administration.
