Jon installed a complete combi-boiler, radiator, and under floor heating system for my whole house as part of a basement remodel.
I loved working with Jon! He was communicative and followed through on all his commitments without needing any micromanagement. During the period where I was transitioning between my old and new systems, Jon dropped off an electric hot water heater and radiators so I’d have hot water and some heat when a cold snap came in.
As for the quality of Jon’s work, I think the photo shows his attention to detail and quality. Even the boiler inspector complemented him on how well the system was put together.
I’d happily work with him again on any future plumbing or radiant project I had.

He went above and beyond, showing up early in the morning to find the root cause. He fixed what the other company couldn't and literally made our home safe again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We picked JT Plumbing with no prior knowledge of the business to diagnose a problem with our radiant heat and hot water system, and Jon was able to schedule us pretty quickly. He talked us through a repair option and a replace option and gave us bids for both. He identified some problems with how our contractor installed the system. We chose to replace the boiler based on the age of our system. We ended up with a better and more consistent hot water supply and heating system. He was able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. Jon clearly takes pride in doing things right, the bid that he gave us was the price we paid, and he even replaced more components of our system than expected. He was able to finish the job in one day, and it was not a small job. I feel that we were treated fairly and I would recommend him to other people and call him for future jobs.
Solid 5 stars earned by Jon, I recommend JT Plumbing & Radiant. I had a faulty pressure reducing valve that was causing other issues in my house. Jon was on time, replaced the valve quickly and was very reasonably priced. He saved me from having to replace several other parts that I had initially thought had also failed. Honest company, give them a call!
Writing this as a tenant: Jon has enviable punctuality - no matter what time of the day! He showed up right on time, and diagnosed the multiple issues with our boiler. He was very communicative with our landlord on everything, and didn't try to upsell on anything. He made sure all of the problems were fixed - even staying extra time to ensure hot water was flowing through the radiant floor as expected. I'll definitely be using him when we buy our own home.
