Amsolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. My saga has been going on for almost a year. MM keeps sending me bills for something they NEVER did. They bill you before they even show up. Then they tell you each time that the system is broken and it will be another 2-3K to fix it. I just got another bill for my semi-annual maintenance even though I cancelled the contract 6 months ago. They are the absolute worst and I can never get anyone who has the ability to fix this on the phone. Do not do business with Mac Miller. They are liars.

These people are awful. Bait and switch is what they do. Lie and tell you what you want to hear and then not follow through. I expected the invoice to match the work and they tried to pull one over on us. Do not expect anything good out of this company. They schedule and cancel repeatedly, don't return phone calls and rip people off.

The technician switched off my HVAC unit during routine maintenance. There is no other way to access the unit on the ceiling of my 18ft loft without a lift so there was no other access to the unit. They then charged me a couple hundred dollars to “investigate” and come flip the switch back on. Incompetence at best, fraud at the worst. Do not use.
