One of your employees need to learn some better manners as well as some better driving skills especially when driving a company vehicle. Today on I-5 northbound near shoreline one of your employees was driving all over the road creating hazard, I thought they were distracted on their phone but when I pulled up closer I realized that they were picking their nose and way more focused on picking their nose then driving. Disgusting.

just saw a dude driving a Mckinstry truck lean out his window and berate a woman who erred in driving. Road rage in a company truck, calm down.

Paul Leonchyk just completed some desperately needed AC work up in Everett today and really impressed me. This gentleman truly has good communication and really transparent with parts and instructions on how to prevent future issues. His dedication to getting objectives completed really reflects how much of a stud this gentleman is. 10/10 Service.

I am writing this on behalf of my roles as President of the South Arcade and 98 Union HOA Board of Directors, the mixed use commercial, retail, and residential development between Union and Pike on the west side of 1st Avenue. We have used McKinstry for probably two decades. But something has happened with their customer service. Basically there just isn’t customer service anymore. They cancelled an emergency plumbing project on the Friday before it was supposed to start the following Monday because they dropped the ball on the contractors. This has resulted in a major inconvenience to a homeowner and a commercial tenant. I can no longer recommend McKinstry. They completely dropped the ball and have offered no solutions to fix the problem.

Very friendly office staff and technicians. I have had several issues with our mini split systems at our property and they are usually able to come out in a day or 2 to fix. Prices have typically been better than other HVAC companies I've used.

Work out of a commercial space in Seattle. Had a leak that presented as a water stain in my ceiling panels. McKinstry was recommended by the owner of the commercial property. The initial diagnosis of the issue cost about $500. After the diagnosis McKinstry determined it was the HVAC fan that needed to be replaced. They order and replaced it for a little over $2,000. After about 7 months the leak has returned. Called customer service and they said would cost another $500 for a technician to evaluate. Disappointed they do not have a warranty in their work. Hoping this review helps other who are looking for help.

Slow to respond. My condominium recommended working with McKinstry. I had an emergency water leakage issue and it took two days to schedule an appointment.

It will cost over $500-1000 just to provide an estimate to have this company work on your project. Phone reps did not communicate- I had to repeat myself numerous times - I would call elsewhere -
