Mr Simmons did and outstanding job on fixing our 70+ year old pipes and plumbing issues. I liked his no-nonsense approach to scheduling and work on the project. Gave me lots of opportunities for input and let me do some of the prep work on drywall to speed the process up. He ended up replacing a whole section of rotting iron pipe and replacing all junctions with more drain- friendly angles to help with flow and cleaning. As a super nice touch he hauled away all the old pipe and garbage disposal unit at the end of the job. Note that he does not work like one of the big box plumbers- I did not get or ask for an estimate or his rates. For that matter I believe his prices are very fair and will beat anything else’s of similar quality work. I would trust Jerry on any future work at the house.
