Ricardo is awesome- he’s helped us out a few times now with quotes and excellent service. Recently our hot water heater went out and he was able to replace it for us within 48 hours and didn’t price gouge us since we were kind of desperate. During that visit we also had told him we purchased a new toilet but were waiting for the right time to install it, he was able to handle that job as well during the same visit for a very reasonable cost. We plan to contact him soon for a second toilet replacement because his work is high quality!

Ricardo and his team came out to help me replace a cracked undermount sink with a nonstandard cutout in the countertop and tight cabinet that made replacement a challenge. He was able to modify a drop in sink I purchased to fit the space, replace the plumbing, faucet and handle a few other repairs. He was transparent on pricing, meticulous on the install/repairs, and gladly answered all the questions I had. Look forward to working with him again on future projects!

Ricardo was extremely polite. He showed up on time to our estimate meeting, explained the details of what he would do, and offered a few options. He didn't act rushed, and talked us through aspects of maintaining our second water heater.
He offered a time to replace the heater the very next morning, and showed up on time literally to the second. He laughingly mentioned that this is only possible for his first appointment of the day.
He had very clear communication, helped us identify our unlabeled breaker for our water heater, showed me how to maintain it going forward, and cleaned up nicely after he was gone. I'll absolutely call Ocean Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
