Fast, professional service. My parents were having issues with their toilet so I called Odyssey. Gene came out and had the the old lead toilet flange replaced in less than hour. Very fast, clean, and professional service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Chris came out on a quick call when my water was left turned off after a backflow test. He fixed the issue immediately and taught me how to fix it myself in the future. Everyone I spoke with was so kind to me! Thank you to Odyssey Plumbing and I know I'll be calling again when I need plumbing!
Honestly, of all of the things for me to get excited about, I hadn't thought that plumbing would be one of them. Seriously, look how awesome the mitered insulation and sleek the angles are on this pipe job!!
If you ever get Gene Johnson out to your house, you'll probably ask him why is he here and not at Gene Johnson Plumbing, and it turns out that was his dad's company, and that's all sold out to private equity. I love the shop they're now running and how he handled estimates with a good/better/best approach for having more tuning of your home. For the money I've paid and contractors I've worked with, I really appreciate the high bar and genuine humanity these guys have. I'm not even saying you have to hire them, ask them for estimates and just see how they compare to the other great names around this area.
Lee was highly recommended to us by our contractor, and we are so glad we called. Scheduling an appointment to repair our tub faucet was easy, and he was in and out quickly with hot water running again! Not to mention he was very kind to our pup who likes to nose in to everything. Will definitely use Odyssey again for future plumbing needs!
We recently purchased a renovated home and Lee Clement with Odyssey was recommended by the contractor (who did the renovation) to address a minor leak. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and provided some advice on other plumbing questions I had on the home (radiant heating system) and did a great job on the repair (which was thankfully minor). Would definitely use Odyssey (and Lee) for future plumbing needs.

Gene came out to my home when I had a $700+ water bill. He discovered that I had a complicated water pressure problem that was making my water meter bounce back and forth, making it look like I was using a lot more water than I actually used. From there, he competently diagnosed the cause and the fix. I have a tankless boiler that heats my home and provides hot water, plus other factors which made it a complicated situation. He figured it out quickly and helped me with a few other things while he was here…adjusted a shower valve temp, rebuilt a toilet, and serviced my tankless unit. I am really happy with the work done and how they treated my home. They were pleasant and collaborative. I am not very equipment savvy, and they answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. I would highly recommend them, and will have them work for me again.
I’ve been looking for a truly local plumber after watching prices go up and service decline from one of the many others that have been sold/acquired. I figured scheduling a yearly maintenance for my on demand water heater was a good way to try things out. Odyssey responded right away and had a time that worked well for me.
A day and a half prior to the scheduled maintenance the heater started leaking large amounts of water leaving us without hot water and heat. I called up Odyssey first thing the next morning to see if they could come out a day earlier to fix the water heater. They were happy to help and sent Gene out less than two hours after that call! Gene quickly diagnosed the issue, offered an affordable fix that wasn’t the all too common “replace the unit”. They had the parts nearby, had it all fixed up and the maintenance completed by noon with great communication throughout. Gene was nice enough to answer other questions about the system in general.
In short, I’ll be using Odyssey going forward and highly recommend them!
