We had our main sewer line replaced. The O’Neill team was the most professional and conscientious group I have ever had the pleasure of hiring, and also a great group of people. We recently discovered we had a leak in our water service line into the house as evidenced by a water bill 200% higher than normal. Having used O'Neill Plumbing previously with good results, I gave them a call. They came out quickly, gave us a price and started on the repair quickly. The crew (Mike M, Mike and Jesus) were great to work with. They knew what they were doing, worked efficiently, protected the landscaping and cleaned up after the job was completed. We would not hesitate in recommending O'Neill Plumbing.
The office-home unit I currently use had not been updated for many years and required major repairs. This included work on two toilets, the sink, shower, and hot water system—and on top of that, the water heater was located in a very inefficient spot, which made the job even more challenging.
Despite all of this, everything was handled quickly, carefully, and professionally. Ricky Gillespie and Hunter were not only highly skilled but also extremely friendly and pleasant to work with.
Both of them were wonderful, and I will definitely request Ricky and Hunter again for any future repairs.

O'Neill came to the rescue once again! With family visiting over the holidays our plumbing backed up and we needed a professional! O'Neill sent their best! Ricky and Hunter assessed the situation and immediately went to work. They carefully carried the needed machinery to the area targeted. They began their work and was finished and our plumbing certified in a short time. They swiftly cleaned up and took off leaving no trace! First of all, as a fellow tradesman, I want to share our deepest concerns for people that really care about their job and have the unfortunate experience of having robbery committed on the job site.Especially for companies that are devoted to serving their customers.I've saw your story on Q13 and Been vigilant in company meetings of our own, even though I'm just an employee warning. Everybody about this robbery crew yesterday. I had the unfortunate experience of being robbed in Seattle in a similar matter. I was targeted because I was alone. And they were watching me, and when I was in a building, a car pulled up next to my Van busted the door and took off with all my Milwaukee tools that were in my packouts. I knew it wasn't a transient. Just by the way, they broke into the Van, and what they went for the tools there was too many other things they could have took in the van. cameras revealed everything they went inside a parking structure. And did it right in broad daylight. If it wasn't for a tenant situation that ended my service call early. They would have probably gotten away with a lot more.Once again, the cameras explain exactly what happened. We can only hope for better days. And an end to this robbery, crew. No fellow tradesman wants to see anyone lose their tools.
Ricky & Hunter did an excellent job and clean too, we really liked the way they took care of our problems, afew months ago they installed a brand new water heater at great price that was an amazing work they did with it
