James is great. He was able to come over quickly when I had a clog causing a significant leak in my basement. He diagnosed the issue quickly, getting lots of detail on the phone beforehand so he could come prepared with the right tools. And he was able to fix the clog fast, working with pretty wonky old house piping. I would happily hire James again for any plumbing need.

Two weekends ago, I went to get our porch furniture out and I found our water heater was leaking. It was a Saturday morning, and I assumed we were going to have to wait, but I called Pacific Custom Sewer and Drainage. They were to my place within two hours, and replaced the water heater same day. The tech James was very nice, and the company was reasonably priced. He took what felt was a disaster and our problems was solved within a few hours.

We had two sewage lift pumps offline for two different reasons. I called at least five different sewage plumbers and James was the most responsive and collaborative. Fortunately he was able to come over the next day to help us pull one pump and reconnect the second one. It was a messy, full day and tiring job but James smiled the whole time and got us back online with a good plan for how we can improve our system. We would, and will hire him again.
