I was experiencing drain backups in my bathroom and was referred to Parker Services by a friend. The situation could have quickly gotten out of control if Nate and Sara hadn’t come out to help. Parker Services is the only plumbing company that we will hire or refer. We have called upon them for everything from drain unclogging, installing new hot water heaters, updating old pipes, doing a bathroom remodel to a 1920’s home, to doing the groundwork, roughing in and trim out for a new home which included putting in a new gas line. They are reliable, honest, timely, professional, patient, thorough, informative, friendly, skilled, experienced and very fairly priced. Parker’s Services goes above and beyond to help the community. I contacted Sarah & Nate with a strange request for the Salmon Bay school kids, I needed about 20 lengths of PVC pipe to build the game, 9 square in the sky for the elementary. Contacting most businesses with an ask that doesn’t lead to any financial gain, you expect to be immediately brushed off, but Sarah refers me to their local PVC supply company! I head to the supply company and am very unprepared, I am instructed to cut the pipe myself to the lengths I need. As I flounder about, who steps in to save the day? Brandon from Parker Services! He cut every piece of PVC length for me, it only takes a couple minutes of kindness to change someone’s day! Brandon changed my day and completed my project in a few minutes, something that would have took me hours! From start to finish Parker Services helped make a big task work out smooth and easy! The kids and parents thank Parker Services, Sarah & Nate, and Brandon, for helping create something for the elementary kids that will bring joy, fun, and help create community for years to come!
We were looking for a Seattle plumber and contacted Parker Services for some drain cleaning and maintenance and are so glad we did. They were able to schedule us quickly and were super communicative leading up to the appointment. Their plumber, Shane, arrived on time and was very professional. He included a camera scoping of our sewer line at no additional cost and showed me exactly what was going on inside our pipes. He explained things well and answered all of our questions as he resolved our issues. He kept our home super clean and finished quickly. We are breathing much easier now and we will definitely contact Parker Services again for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

They were hired to perform a leak detection service in my condo building and failed to contact me beforehand to inform me they would be doing this service so I was not home and concluded my unit was the only likely source of the leak. As it turns out there was an active leak in the adjacent unit to mine they failed to identify. Instead they claimed my unit was the most likely source of the ongoing leak and I’m being sued. I asked them to please come complete the inspection in my unit so they could reevaluate their written assessment that has claimed my unit is the likely source. They have refused. This is how they will respond to you after they have finished a job. They don’t feel any responsibility to stand behind their work.
I had a catastrophic water heater failure two days before Christmas and Oliver gladly came by to save me. He explained the work, provided a quote, and was flexible with timing when he realized he didn't have the part to get everything done in one trip, setting me up to get hot water back in time for the holiday. Much appreciated!
