Pipers Drain Repair

Team was prompt and courteous. They answered all our questions and kept us informed through the entirety of the project. They removed some shrubbery that we were wanting to be removed and restored the area to an as close of a pre-excavation condition as reasonably possible. They completed the whole process from start to final inspection to final restoration with no problems or issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Pipers fixed a 70 year old broken concrete elbow that ran 7 ft down on my side yard. I initially ruled out repairing it given its depth and was opting for a less-than-ideal workaround. Andrew asked if he could see the original issue and camera’d the sewer line instead of just giving me a quote for my workaround. His quote ended up being a lot less than I was expecting so I decided to have them repair the original line. The guys that came out were punctual and polite and took great pains to protect my house and yard when they set up to hand dig the 7ft deep hole. Super friendly workers that had the right tools to dig through hard clay, sand and rock, i.e. good ol’ PNW glacial silt. They dug it in a day and reinforced the hole’s walls. They repaired the pipe and filled the hole, using a compactor to get all that dirt back in the hole. They cleaned up nicely and it looked like no one had been there when they left. I will definitely use Pipers again in the future!

Andrew, Patrick and Wyatt responded expeditiously to my phone call. They quickly diagnosed the water and sewer issue in my home using a snake and video to show me what the problem was. They came a few days later and completed the repairs. Use this company! They are the best.

My experience with Pipers Drain and repair was an excellent experience with owner Patrick and his trainee. From the time I went on Angie’s list to help me with finding a plumber for unclogging our washer drain. I was connected with several businesses. It was a little overwhelming. I received a voicemail from Patrick owner of Pipers Drain and repair. I called him back and he was able to come and help me the same day with our drain. Within 1 and half hours I was back business doing my laundry. A BIG thank you to Patrick and his crew! I also have to include the kindness and respect that Patrick had for his clients.
