WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW! Having work done on your home can be stressful, and I can get very anxious around new people. However, Shane and his crew were a dream team. They descended on our home like a well oiled machine. Each employee had their own piece of the project and they all moved seamlessly together. Each time my house threw a wrench(pun intended) into the project, they communicated with us and quickly addressed/ resolved the issue. Shane has been great about following up to make sure we have no issues as we settle into our new life with ACTUAL WATER PRESSURE. Thank you so much!

In addition to repiping my home, Shane and/or his crew also installed a new laundry tub, bathroom vanity, replaced an old waterline to my dishwasher ,replaced several sections of old drainage pipes and also hydro-jetted a clogged drainage pipe. All work was completed beyond my satisfaction!

Shane and team at Professional Plumbing were outstanding in fixing my plugged sewer line! They communicated clearly and were very transparent about costs. They came out to scope and jet quickly to clear the line. Showed me the source of the problem was a root clog on camera and explained their process to address it. They located the clog point with distance estimate and dug out the section of clogged/broken pipe. They replaced the clogged section, jetted the remaining roots, then they showed me on camera the cleared line to the street and filled the hole to cleanup. Great communication, great service, amazing team, six stars, highly recommend!
Shane and Cody installed a new garbage disposal in our kitchen sink where we didn’t have one before. I wasn’t even sure it could be done, but Shane figured it out right away and within one day it was installed and working perfectly. Highly recommended Shane Martin and his associate Cody. Great work, reasonable cost, quick response, and great communication. Just one quick call to Shane, who was recommended by a neighbor in Edmonds, and it was immediately in progress and done. This is hands down the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with - and I worked in construction management for a decade. Shane and his team, especially Terrance, are wonderful humans. I truly appreciate the way they communicated and interacted with us (even our dog!) while they were at our house over a couple of days to deal with a burst kitchen pipe. Our seven year old is super curious and they let her watch while they worked and explained things to her as they went. Highly recommend them and will continue to refer them out to friends and clients!
Shane was beyond knowledgeable and responsive. He came out within 2 hours of me calling him, and was friendly, courteous and professional. He went above and beyond what was needed and fixed all of my plumbing issues. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. I highly recommend this company.
