Quality plumbing is a great company and I recommend all of their plumbers! We needed Nick as he was the specialist on sewers. Nick came out and was able to clear & camera drain and discovered a mush pack. We needed a jetter company to clear the mush pack and we were referred to another company to Jett and install a clean out. I followed up with that company and they came the same day to help us! Five stars for Nick if I could give him more stars I would!

I've been a happy customer of Quality Plumbing for as long as I can remember, and I’ve had very positive experiences with each plumber that has come out to my primary residence, as well as my rental property. From toilets to disposals to sink installations and general troubleshooting, their customer service, quality of work, and reliability has always kept me loyal.
Today's repair from Logan was beyond all expectations, and I am just elated at the results and wanted to share. Who knew that replacing an aging pressure reducing valve (PRV) can make such a difference in water pressure and quality of life. From what I understand, when this valve ages, it either goes towards less and less pressure or way too much pressure. After almost 20 years, my failing builder-grade PRV lowered the water pressure incrementally, and I got used to the lower pressure over the years, no longer knowing of my plumbing’s full potential. Previously coming in for a separate repair, Logan pointed out that the water pressure coming out of the 3rd floor showerhead was not up to par, and after some tweaks to the shower head and quick systemic home tests, he suggested I replace the PRV to a newer, better one. I trusted his expertise, and when replaced this on his next visit the following week (took about 2 hours), the results were very clear. This better water pressure has even changed how well my washing machine cleans my laundry. Before, my shower’s water path was more curved and the pressure was lackluster, and now my shower water pressure feels so powerfully substantial and it’s a joy to experience. Thank you, Logan! Anyhow, if anyone reading this hasn’t had their PRV replaced in the last 20+ years, consider doing so; and seriously consider calling Quality Plumbing to do the work. Or for any plumbing work, really.

My most recent experience with this company was last week, when they sent Jeff out to deal with what we thought might be a hot water tank malfunction at my elderly relative's home -- in a crawl space under the house. I was sick and wasn't able to be on site, and Jeff was really understanding, taking extra time to explain everything to my relative and to call me with updates. Turned out that the water heater, which was ancient, had completely failed and flooded the crawl space. The furnace was flooded, too, and had stopped functioning. Jeff ensured the space was safe (water off, gas off) then returned the next day to pump the water out. The new tank was installed the day after that. This was not an easy job (crawl space, odd-sized water tank, flooding, anxious elderly relative), especially to fit in with regularly scheduled service appointments, but Jeff (and Delaney!) made it work, and the price was very reasonable. My son was able to be there when the new tank was installed, and Jeff took time to show him everything that was going on. He said that Jeff was really accommodating, kind, fair and thorough. We are all really grateful for such timely, excellent service!
Marcus came out and provided exemplary service. Our garage was stuffed with items the pathway to the water heater was very narrow. Marcus made no complaints about any of the obstacles that he encountered..in Addition there was a step going.into the house blocking the pathway for the water heater exit. Marcus did and excellent job with the install. Quality of work and his attitude were great!
Identified sink/disposal problem and quickly replaced old disposal unit and updated flange in sink. As at the moment request, Logan replaced the Toto sink bidet unit with the replacement parts I already had. Thanks so much Logan for your great work! Over & above.
Quality Plumbing actually cares about the job they perform! Logan was thoughtful, efficient and tidy. The work was appropriately priced. Competitors quoted 2 to 3 times the cost for the same job.
