The project took just over a week, and they were punctual every single day. Along the way, they also replaced my sump pump, and everything was handled efficiently and with care. Jarrod, the main technician on the job, was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. Because the work required jackhammering and excavating dirt to remove an old, disintegrating pipe, I was especially concerned about dust—yet they took every precaution to protect my home from silica dust throughout the process. Jim was a fantastic main point of contact, and the communication was stupendous every step of the way: clear expectations, timely updates, and quick answers whenever I had questions. I highly recommend Ready Rooter for any and all of your plumbing needs, and they’ll absolutely be the first call I make whenever I need plumbing repairs.

We had backed-up showers and toilets in our house, and Santino from Ready Rooter came out on a Sunday, arriving in less than two hours, to diagnose the issue. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had already opened our septic tank lids, and he thoroughly checked everything, confirming that the problem was simply a full septic tank, not a plumbing issue. He also shared helpful tips and advice for future maintenance and didn’t even charge us for the service call or diagnosis! We’re extremely satisfied with Ready Rooter’s service, and I won’t hesitate to call them again whenever we need help.
We had a clog in our pipe that was further than the drain snake could reach. I called Ready Rooter and they came out within a few hours. They had the tools to reach the clog, and took care to protect my floor and hallway from the machine they brought in. The plumber was professional and told me exactly what it would cost before I agreed to have him do the work. Overall I am happy with their services and the price was reasonable.
Cody and his team over were awesome throughout this entire process. Highly recommend! We lost the ability to use any water in the house without flooding our basement, and his team was out bright and early the next morning. They worked hard and got the job done for us quickly, while being very kind and respectful of us and our space. A+!
Wanted to say Andrew was fantastic! He came to my house on time with notifications beforehand, and on arrival was very affable and professional. I had a jammed garbage disposal that required a specialized tool; however Andrew was able to makeshift a solution using the tools he had and a lot of effort (you can tell he’s a hard worker). Really appreciate his help and I would definitely recommend him individually.
