Arash is great. He’s done two major jobs for me, years apart. And that says something when you have another major project and you don’t even call another plumber. The first job was reconfiguring a bathroom and adding a shower ON CONCRETE SLAB. I remember asking him how long it would take since they needed to cut out the concrete. I thought he was crazy when he said, “one day.” But guess what? He descended on my house with 3 other plumbers on his crew at it was done in ONE day. Rigid is the best, you won’t regret dealing with Arash or his company!
Arash came to replace a piece of pipe attached to our tankless water heater that had been erroneously installed several years ago by another company. He also flushed the system. We coordinated with our neighbors for the same work to be done in our two homes, and Arash worked between both houses simultaneously, maximizing time. He patiently explained the work to me and answered all my questions. We look forward to working with him again!
Ridgid Plumbing had helped with several projects over the years and the most recent one was to replace my old water heater with a tankless. Now I can run two showers, a dishwasher and a washing machine at the same time without worrying about water getting cold! I also get extra storage space after the installation. I called Ridgid Plumbing for a leaky toilet in our guest suite, and Arash came right out even though it was the Memorial Day holiday. Once the leaky toilet was fixed, we also noticed the plugged-up drain in the kitchen sink. He fixed that as well. He did such a thorough and clean job! After he's finished with work, he leaves the job site spotless. I had guests coming the next day, and I was so thankful for him to come to our home for the service.
