Scott is dependable, on time and on budget. He was very communicative with us with our issue with our shower. We have an older home in Greenwood and he knew exactly the issue and was able to fix it without tearing down walls. Appreciate Simple Solution Plumbing! Scott was terrific. He helped me from the start with bathroom faucet replacement. I didn't know which type of faucet I needed or where to look at options. Good natured Jon, worked hard, accomplished everything we had deferred maintenance on for years, and we feel the price was appropriate for the skill level needed. Scott is a really experienced and honest plumber. He is thoughtful and able to be straight with his customers. I called him for a sewer gas issue in our basement bathroom. Rather than upsell me for a bunch of work that probably wouldn’t help, he took a methodical approach of eliminating causes and thinking about the issue holistically. He recommended isolating a couple of potential causes and taking a wait and see approach to see if it was caused by not using the bathroom much. Only after we still experience an issue would he recommend doing some smoke testing. I was impressed with both his knowledge, wisdom, and customer focused approach. I wish I had called him sooner and will be going to him in the future for all my plumbing needs.
