I’ve been working with South West (previously AAA) for almost 10 years. I pay for their monthly membership and they have yet to disappoint. Unfortunately my 30+ year old furnace was broken as explained by Mike S. He was able to clearly explain and show what the problem was. He went over the difference in costs between repair and replacement. He was very knowledgeable, wasn’t trying to sell me, and very easy to work with. I knew he was looking out for our best interest and we were going to be taken care of by him. We received 2 other quotes besides Southwest. Ultimately we went with South West as Mike went step by step with the installation process, and we were impressed with his experience and knowledge in this business. We went with replacement and they were able to install it 3 days later. The crew that was part of the install team did a great job. They were efficient, clean and respectful. Thank you so much to Bob S, Logan Y and Joseph A for taking care of us. We love our new heat pump and having our house at a normal temp again.
We were remodeling our bathroom and had Southwest Plumbing come out—Ricardo and Roberto did an amazing job.
They moved our hot and cold water lines higher and over to the left, and even had to go under the house. Everything they installed was brand new. The copper looks great and shiny, the knobs are new and perfect, and the work is super clean.
They were professional, easy to talk to, and kept everything neat and clean. Honestly, this was the best experience we've ever had with plumbers. We’re really grateful and will definitely use Southwest Plumbing again—and will specifically ask for Ricardo and Roberto next time.

From start to finish, the water heater replacement was handled with exceptional professionalism. The technicians , Audie and Daniel, explained everything clearly and completed the work with great attentionto detail. The entire experience was smooth and exceeded my expectations. Truly one of the best service visits I've had. I highly recommend them. Price was a bit on the high side. Not under their control.
We just had our electrical panel upgraded, and Adrian and Zach were absolutely incredible! From the moment they arrived, they took the time to walk us through every detail—what they were doing, why it mattered, and what to expect. Their communication was fantastic from start to finish.
They removed our 25-year-old panel, rewired and grounded our entire home, and had everything—including the city inspections—wrapped up in just 5–6 hours. The level of skill and efficiency they brought to the job was truly impressive.

I recently had SWP upgrade my electrical box to a Span Electrical Box. I also had my HOD and furnace PM done. I have had a lot of services through SWP and highly recommend them .I have had very good experiences from all of there staff. Southwest plumbing was the most expensive of the bids I received but their Plumber Kirk was by far the most competent. He was thorough with his initial inspection and bid. All throughout the install process he communicated openly with me and answered any questions I had. Michelangelo was also great to work with and had a great
attitude and was professional. I am keeping Kirk’s number so I can ask for him next time I need work done.
A week later I had Michael back to replace the old PCVC and galvanized plumbing with PEX. Michael was methodical and straightforward, communicating all along the way. He took the time to remove old pipes and fix the layout so it was much more efficient under the house. When he turned the water back on I noticed the pressure difference right away. Knowing my old house is updated sets me up for adding a bathroom next year and puts my mind at ease than another pipe won’t fail.
Also the office staff and dispatch is amazing! I had no callbacks or follow up from the other companies I called. One uses an AI phone system that would not allow me to reach a real person. In contrast, the customer facing staff on the phone and dispatch
Went above and beyond to give me accurate arrival windows and keep me informed. It was the “Hey Bill” commercials that got me to call for a bigger local company to bid, but the personal service and experienced plumbers are what will keep me with Southwest Plumbing. Thank you!
Tankless water installed new furnace and air conditioning and air duct cleaning. Everyone that came to my house was respectful, knowledgeable, enjoyable. It was truly wonderful experience working with South West plumbing.
Installation. was in a weekend, and cleanup was impeccable. This is a place you need to use for the quality, professionalism and speed.
Alexey showed up today and helped us understand all the ins and outs of our HVAC service, gave us recommendations, was very honest, and very kind and friendly to our obnoxious pets and kiddos. Would recommend him any day! Guillermo also came and did a very thorough inspection of our electrical system! He was very patient in helping us understand our options and took the time to thoroughly explain why he was making the recommendations for improvement.
