I hired sundance to install 3 minisplit units on my house and they did a great job to explain what would the best bang for my buck and what will last for longer. They did a great job, very quickly and minimal interruptions to my work since I work from home. Shout out to John and Tobias.

This would have been a 5 star review based on the initial sale and installation. However, just 4 years after getting a new furnace that Sundance recommended and installed, it stopped working and ended up costing us $600 in labor. A $600 hourly rate is ridiculous. Bryan, the technician, was great but I will never use Sundance again and I have two friends looking for a new furnace and I will not be referring them to Sundance for this reason. Very disappointing.

Bryan H. was on time and very nice. He checked my ductless heat pump getting it ready for a hot summer. Bryan is always helpful and answers all my questions!

I called to schedule an appointment to repair our furnace and had a bad experience with the person who answered the phone. I had to ask specifically for a breakdown of the fees and was surprised that the request was being treated as an emergency, which I never requested. I pushed back on the $199 emergency fee since I was willing to wait if needed. She offered an appointment 2 days later for a $99 fee. I cancelled the appointment request and have since booked an appointment with another company that has much clearer fees and luckily, can come out later today. I really had a bad reaction to how this company charges customers. Be prepared to ask questions about their fees before you book an appointment.

I wanted to give a special thank you to our Technician “Tim Robertson”. Not only did he quickly diagnose and repair the problem with our gas furnace, he took the time to actually walk us through what he was doing! He also gave us some valuable preventative tips. Very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this company

Our furnace stopped working earlier this month. Bryan came to my house and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. We had to wait a little while to get the necessary part but he was committed to making sure we had our heat back before the Thanksgiving break. He made a late afternoon visit to my home to complete the repair and kept his promise to me.

The serviced our old unit, fixing what needed to be fixed. Their tech, Tim, was super knowledgeable. We liked them so much we bought a new unit, and they were even able to move it to where we wanted it! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Bryan H. did a quick repair on my hot water tank this week, instead of trying to sell me a new tank (10 plus years old) when the pilot light would not turn on leaving my family without any hot water! His response time was within a few hours. I have had him out before to service gas fireplaces and he is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.
