Taj Plumbing does a wonderful job—they are skilled, prompt, honest, kind, and reasonably priced. Seth even came to our house on a Sunday and worked all day because he knew we were in desperate need of a functional washer. He came back a couple of days later to fix a leak (due to manufacturer’s defect in a sink pipe) and insisted on using his own parts at no cost. I highly recommend Seth and team for any plumbing needs that arise.

Tai did a great job fixing our plumbing leaking problem. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. The work was completed efficiently, and the prices were super fair. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing assistance!

I hoped I had written this review earlier, but I just recently realized how bad the work is. I hired Seth to install a sump pump in my crawl space for groundwater, and there are a few things they clearly did wrong that I just realized: 1. They did not use a standard sump pump basin, but just a Home Depot paint bucket. 2. The sump pump is connected to the sewer system, which wouldn't pass a home inspection. 3. It is not properly connected to the crawl space outlet. Instead, they suggested digging a hole through the subfloor and connecting it to an outlet in the main floor. As a new home owner, it's terrible to hire this team which wouldn't do things in a standard way.

Super happy I called Taj Plumbing! They were very quick to get out to my home to replace my water heater. They were also friendly and professional. I'm very grateful!

Taj Plumbing was recommended to me by my property management when I had accidentally broken the handle containing the cartridge that changes the faucet from shower to bath causing some water to leak from the valve where said cartridge was. Naturally the part was old and impossible to find a direct replacement. It took the plumber, David (who was very kind), 4 hours to decide there wasn't much he could do without spending more time searching for the parts except to apply a temporary fix (which stopped the leak, at least). I was told that he would come back and finish the job at a later point once he spoke with my property manager in the event that a replacement couldn't be found and the fixture had to be replaced entirely. My landlady called the number on David's business card which turned out to be disconnected (perhaps David was let go shortly after his job at my home?). She then called the owner, Seth (Seyed) to follow up on the completion of the job and he became very defensive and aggravated with her telling her to find the parts and fix the handle herself before abruptly hanging up on her. I paid over $400 for a "bandaid" fix, an unfinished job and horrible customer service. Learn from my mistake and avoid this company at ALL costs. Professionalism and courtesy must not be something the owner cares much about.

I needed a new hose bib because mine broke off. The owner Sayed and his apprentice were able to come out right away. He went above and beyond, kindly asking me what I needed and giving me time to think about it. He ended up putting a new end piece on my spraying faucet (clearly Im no plumber), clearing a slow drain in the tub, and checking and finding an outdoor faucet that had split in the winter and replacing the pipe. He explained everything, and managed to get done quickly, so I could get back to my day. Now I can say "I have my own plumber". Nice to know who to call when a problem arises. Thanks Sayed!

Great service. I had emergency leak in my shower. Vahid told me over the phone what to do to stop the leak quickly. He came and fixed the issue the same day. I would recommend his service to anyone.
