I live in Mill Creek WA and recently had a water heater installation done by Tech City Plumbing Kirkland, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Justin was the technician who completed the installation, and he did an outstanding job—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Everything was installed perfectly, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and how everything works.

Johnny with Tech City was great. He arrived at our home promptly as scheduled and finished our job within 30 minutes. We had a great experience getting our garbage disposal fixed. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it working again in no time. They were polite, knowledgeable, and left the area clean when they finished. And they didn’t charge us! Definitely recommend them.

Jesse did a great job fixing my disposal! The replacement was done quickly. All my questions were answered professionally. I will be calling Tech City again in the future if additional work is required.
We had Jesse over to take a look at our leaking faucet and and leaking bathroom sinks. He was able to quickly identify the issues and explain thoroughly to us. He was also very friendly!
