Trusted Plumbing & Heating, LLC was great to work with, and Aaron was fantastic throughout the whole process. It was easy to communicate with the company and scheduling the appointment was quick and smooth. Aaron arrived within an hour after my call, diagnosed the leak very quickly, and completed the repair efficiently as well. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. I also really appreciated how thoughtful he was about keeping a clean pathway for me and being careful around my plants. Professional, efficient, and considerate — highly recommend!
Our furnace misbehaved and James and assistant came came out the next day. They tested the machine and controls and tried a solution that didn’t work. They came back promptly the next day, tested again with the additional info and found the real problem. It was quickly fixed and we have reliable heat again. We’re very pleased with the good service.

Trusted Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job of performing emergency service on my furnace. James and Aaron showed up within 90 minutes of my call. They did a fast and thorough job of troubleshooting the issue, explaining everything to me clearly and performing the fixes. They charged me an extremely fair price. I have had other local companies out to service my furnace over the past few years, these guys were by far the best.
Our heater stopped working this morning.
I called Trusted Plumbing and Heating, and they came out the same day. These 2 guys were friendly, professional and they arrived at our house on time. I was very impressed with one of the technicians named James who diagnosed the problem within seconds. Our home is now warm and comfortable again.

The company came highly recommended and offers fair pricing for the Seattle area. Aaron is always thorough and professional - he even worked extra to snake my pipe the full 50 feet and make sure things were fully clear. I really appreciate that with my 100+ year old pipes.
Our sewer line backed up day before we got ahold of Trusted. We have homeserve sewer line insurance and they dispatched them to fix the issue. Got me in same day between 10AM - 12PM. The journeyman and his apprentice showed up at 10:00AM on the dot! Couldn’t clear the clog from my toilet and unfortunately had to dig up the sewer line and install a clean out.
After having homeserve tell me that it will be 24-72 hours to approve the claim, Trusted worked with me to get it repaired. Just signed a waiver if they don’t pay I will. No big deal! They jumped right on it and shared the same frustration with Homeserve I did. Super careful in our home and with our yard. Glad to have everything back up and running again! Aaron Larson was my plumber today, and I truly appreciate who they sent. He was super nice and professional. The problem was diagnosed quick, we got a quote for the work which we thought was super fair. He told us what we were looking at, what we could do to remedy it, unfortunately was an issue for the condo association. I asked him to wrap up what I asked him to do, which he did very quickly. I'm super appreciative of the great photos and documentation he took, so I can show what problem we had going on and get it remedied with them. Not If but when I do call trusted plumbing for any work again, I will definitely be requesting Aaron.
