Jacob is awesome. He is very professional and friendly. I've had nothing but great experiences with him each and every time at my property.

Our company was charged over $1,000 (4 hours of labor) to replace a thermostat. We watched this replacement take 30 minutes. Hourly rate was almost $300 per hour. Company denied our request to be billed for actual time. Avoid this company at all costs.

Wow, this crew and company has the best staff I have dealt with in years! I wont call anyone else when you have found the best, stick with them! Just had Mike out for an emergency clog in a stack on one of our buildings. Super fast, clean Courteous and got the report back on the issues immediately.

Vital Mechanical Services was hired to work on our Sprinkler System (Fire Damper) in February 2024. The company responded quickly to our request, gave us quotes timely, sent mechanics out who were very professional and communicated very well. I want to especially recommend Tim Tiedge he was the "BEST" and his co-worker Mike Valencia. If you need any work on your sprinkler system I would recommend them 100%. I've seen multiple 1 star reviews on here that seem to be from the same person. Vital maintains a strong set of core values. Honesty and Integrity being at the center. Maintaining these values throughout the whole organization is very important to management, and anyone who does not adhere to them is let go. Several employees in the past few months have been let go specifically for not adhering to these values. It's a shame that these employees would further detract from their character by continuing to lack honesty and integrity. Vital is an incredible company that has a lot of satisfied customers. The company offers some of the most transparent pricing, communication and marketing in the industry. Call the company and they will have pages of references from respected members of the business community to give to you.
