Trey Olsen is a fantastic plumber and a really great person. He came to work on our sump pump after a bigger crisis with our sewer and his calmness and pleasantness was so welcomed and the sump pump was never done right in the first place and he was so diligent and creative about solving the issues and now we have a fantastic outcome that transformed our basement! After Trey did such a fantastic job handling our plumbing emergency a few months ago, we didn't hesitate to reach out to him when it was time to service our tankless hot water system. Not knowing how much maintenance had been done on the 14-year-old system in our new home, we were bracing ourselves for bad news. We knew we could trust Trey to be honest with us, however, so we scheduled an appointment online (which couldn't have been easier!). I never leave reviews but Trey with Xplore was the best – he's the type of plumber that not only is skilled but also acts with honesty and humanity. We had a leak in our basement coming from a second floor drain pipe. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then referred us to people to help with the next step. Truly grateful for his skills and kindness.
Tre is amazing he handled everything with care and kindness . Saving us from a holiday with no kitchen sink !! He fixed it right any explaining everything and had a great sense of humor that got us out of feeling blue .

I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Xplore was recommended to me by a sewer specialty company to fix a broken sewage pipe under my house. The owner of that company was familiar with Trey's work and thus recommended him. It was a very urgent situation. Trey came out quickly, recommended a remediation company for the sewage remediation (and even called their general manager, who came out and did the estimate himself!), and then completed the pipe repair work very quickly so we could get like back to normal quickly. While his business was only recently established, he is very experienced and the work was great. I will definitely use Xplore again!
Trey and crew are courteous and professional, and I felt entirely comfortable having them in my home. They left the workspace clean and replaced drywall where they could. I'm entirely satisfied with the job they did, as well as very happy to have found an outfit I will not only call on again without hesitation, but happily recommend as "my guy" to anyone in need of a referral.
